Management Team
Shivaram Mysore is the founder and chairman of TrustStix. Shivaram is an industry expert in the areas of XML, Web Services, Security, and Strong Authentication. Currently, he is an invited expert in the XML Security Specifications Maintenance Working Group @ W3C

Previously, Shivaram was a Senior Technical Program Manager working on Windows Security @ Microsoft (April 2005 to October 2007).

Shivaram represented Microsoft in ANSI/INCITS B10 Working Group and W3C, a Standards Organization.  He has been a contributor for XML Encryption and Key Management (co-chair and co-editor) Specifications. Shivaram was also the Chairman of the PC/SC Standards Organization (November 2005 - November 2007).

Before Microsoft, Shivaram was a Software Architect at Sun Microsystems's Java Software Division (March 1997 to July 2004).

Prior to joining Sun, Shivaram worked briefly for a network security start-up, Simple Access, as a Software Engineer.  Before that he co-founded (1993) Towers' International (now Towers Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) in Bangalore, India where he was the Managing Partner till 1995.

Shivaram has co-authored/reviewed articles and subject matters published in various online and print media. He has also been a speaker at various technical and business events.

Shivaram holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University and a Masters in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University.
